Pros: This is the perfect job for me as I like to work hard but also have flexible, remote hours. It is demanding, and excellence is one of the core values. There is a corporate culture of professional and personal responsibility, so expectations are high. This is a great job is you want to learn, grow and do more - those opportunities are always there and are rewarded. Our team members are really great and everyone supports each other so we can all succeed, individually and as a company. For a fully-remote team, there is a lot of collaboration and team unity, and that is a hard thing to achieve.
Cons: This is not the job for you if you want to do the bare minimum and just get by. The people who do well are self-motivated, so if you need daily structure like time sheets, and are not good at figuring things out on your own or problem solving, this may not be for you.
Pros: I never knew I could find a company that will suit anyone's working dream, not until I was hired in Cleer.tax. I started working in Cleer last May 2021 and I can say that it was the biggest blessing and the dream job of my life. I love the work environment promoting work-life balance, the flexi schedule where I can work at my chosen time, the trust of the higher management to everyone, the workloads that are divided equally, the integrity of the team members, the company values we enriched, the salary and compensation, and the way everyone treats each other as friends and/or family. In this growing economy, I won't find any company that values its people more than the profit.
Cons: For working more than 2 years in the company, I can't remember any cons in Cleer. If we have any internal issues/problems, we prioritize solving it first hand in a professional manner and will always based the decision and solution to Cleer's values, mission, and vision.
Pros: Best company I have ever worked at, hands down. Everyone is super smart and exceptional at what they do, and there is such a sense of caring about each other and wanting to help one another. Very diverse and inclusive, with a lot of freedom and autonomy granted from the top of the organization down, so really makes room for creativity and career growth.
Cons: Hard to leave. I've been offered more money after joining, but love the team and our mission so much that I stayed. And it definitely has paid off financially in the longer term.
